- Buy insecticide spray from pest control shop, looking online will give better choice.
- Spray insecticide along the edges of carpet. Pull carpet up and spray backing of carpet as well. The eggs will be found there also.
- Spray carpet on top, at least two feet away from skirting board around the whole room. This area should be concentrated on because it is the least walked on, and the carpet moths will go there.
- Spray under any settee or book cases that have dark gaps, eggs will be laid there.
